These are some of the features you can expect as a standard benefit or as part of TLTFlex where indicated:

Private medical insurance – after completing a qualifying period, you'll enjoy single cover. Additional cover, including family, is available through the plan.

Health screening – you can purchase health screening as an option. You'll have a choice of health screens available to you and your family.

Dental – a choice from four levels dental cover through Denplan to meet the dental needs of you and your family.

Group life assurance – 4x life cover for is provided as standard, with options to buy or sell cover, and add partners.

Critical illness cover –this insurance will pay out a lump sum to help you cope with the financial consequences of a serious illness.

TLT pension plan – we'll contribute 3% of salary and you can contribute a minimum of 2% salary. You can also vary your pension contributions and receive NI savings through TLTFlex.

Holidays – everyone here receives 25 days' holiday every year and that figure increases with length of service. You can also buy or sell up to three days each year through TLTFlex.

Childcare vouchers – you can buy vouchers as a tax efficient way to pay for childcare.

Ride2Work – the tax efficient way to lease a new bike for traveling to work.

Charity contributions – a similarly tax efficient way to contribute to your favourite charities.
