Specifically for trainees and solicitors who are up to two years' qualified, this truly innovative award winning training programme supports the personal and professional development of solicitors at the start of their careers. By enabling them to nurture relationships with referrers at an early stage they can go on to develop long-term, reciprocal business relationships. TLT is the only law firm currently offering this type of training and networking opportunity to trainees and newly qualified solicitors. Feedback from Tto2 participants has been very positive – this kind of interactive training shows every member of staff is a valued part of the business, and encourages a passion and belief in the work of the firm.

This is our award winning development programme for associates. Developed by TLT's management team in conjunction with world-class training and development consultants, including an Olympic coach, this programme is different from other law firms' offerings at associate level in that it is bespoke to the individual.
