My name is Toby Price. I've been working at TLT now for about 5 ½ months. I studied single honours Law at university. I usually leave my house at about quarter past eight in the morning, it takes me about 20 minutes to walk to work so I am usually at my desk for half-eight or quarter to nine. When I get into the office I usually make a plan of the work that I have to do for that day, check my emails, make some phone calls to clients as and when necessary and go and have a chat to some other members of the team to see what the workload is for the day. "Thank you very much for your help with that Helen. That was brilliant"

As a trainee I feel that I have been given a good level of responsibility, certainly get a good amount of client contact. "Fantastic, thanks for your help Tim".  I have had occasions when I have dealt with clients along, with supervision back in the Bristol Office.

We've got a really good group of trainees here at TLT and we often meet up for drinks after work. "Cheers guys." There is certainly a good opportunity to meet new friends as well as them being your colleagues when you start your training contract.

I feel that I have a good work/life balance working for TLT. I'm a keen walker and I also surf a lot and I get to go down to North Devon surfing a lot on the weekends. Certainly the hours I work for TLT leave me with plenty of time to pursue my interests.

Working at TLT has been fantastic so far. It's everything I expected and everything I was told it would be. I work with great, good high-level of clients doing a brilliant standard of work in amongst a friendly and supportive team.
