What we look for
Just like our ethos, our people are different too. Of course they're talented and technically impressive, but we look for ambitious people whose personal qualities are just as strong as their academic results.
We have some formal criteria – the minimum qualifications you must have to apply are 300/24 UCAS points at A-level and a 2.1 or above in any discipline at degree level – but above all, we're looking for people who are a good fit for our organisation. That is, you believe in our culture, and want to be part of a creative and collaborative working community with a forward thinking approach on how legal services should be provided.
Here you'll work on live cases for real clients, get input from a Partner, and develop a broad range of skills across the full legal and business spectrum – even if you're only here for a week long vacation scheme. You'll also share our passion for outstanding client service, working hard and making things happen.
